This mortgage allows you to borrow an extra 20% of your home price, to a maximum of $40,000 to help cover the cost of these improvements you want to do.

The process is simple- You just get a quote up front when you write an offer on a home, and we add this quote to the price of your home. We can then still borrow up to 95% of this total price!
